Best oil to cook with

olive oil is rarely real olive oil. be aware of that

LEGALLY they only have to make 50% of that bottle actual olive oil, the rest is your run of the mill awful refined canola or vegetable oil. really really bad for you and far from a healthy option.

it is safer to use unprocessed and cold pressed coconut oil. that cannot be faked.
