I have been weight training for the past 25 years I’m a big guy I’m 265 pounds and very strong in the weight room.
Recently I got a scan done and I have some heart issues going on including a heart murmur. Doctor said that I need to get my blood sugar lower to reduce my chance of getting a stroke.
Wanted to run the DASH diet as it seems to be the consensus for this purpose. Do you think it’s possible to weight train on this sort of diet because it’s mostly fruits and vegetables and not as much meat.
