Being awhile, but here's my DB shoulders plus arms workout. This workout starts off with 1 to 2 minutes of bodyweight warmup. I also put in some cardio workout with 1 minute of Jump Rope, Outdoor Sprints (30 secs on & 30 secs off), and Stair Running. With the Stair Running I try to run fast up a long stairway and then jog back down slowly.
Anyways, here's my DB shoulders and arms workout routine...enjoy!
#1. DB Arnold Press - 12 reps
#2. DB Alternating Front Raise - 12 reps
#3. DB Alternating Hammer Curl - 12 reps
#4. DB Lateral Raise - 12 reps
#5. DB Overhead Tricep Ext. - 12 reps
#6. DB Upright Row - 12 reps
#7. DB Underhand Wide Front Raise - 12 reps
#8. DB Bicep Curl - 12 reps
#9. DB Tricep Ext. - 15 reps (alternate sides)
#10. DB Face Pulls - 15 reps
I repeat this workout routine 3 to 4 times ...and that's that!
