efficient ways to get protein early

I was thinking about a quicker way to get in my breakfast in the morning
the night before how about I do a juice Blend and adding some protein powder. Then leave it in the fridge overnight. Would this work good and which powder should I be adding to it?
then from there I can hit the gym.
 
i'm not a proponent of juicing and blending your foods, that breaks them down and degrades their benefits. also mixing a bunch of things together makes it tough on your digestion system since your body has to spit out a bunch of enzymes at once

Add protein powder to all food, eggs, pasta etc and you'll get protein. A protein shake in AM is best.

Don't overthink it man. Just eat protein throughout the day. You actually need much less than most people think. For most guys, even 100g protein per day is plenty to grow muscle.
