was thinking of going to 6 hours next week but letting my body adjust a bit I have a busy work schedule and a lot of stuff I need energy for. Last IF I did was 4 hours and it did help me lose almost 40 lbs but I also failed and ate before my fast was up a lot of times. Easing in this time so my body takes it better.
