was thinking of going to 6 hours next week but letting my body adjust a bit I have a busy work schedule and a lot of stuff I need energy for. Last IF I did was 4 hours and it did help me lose almost 40 lbs but I also failed and ate before my fast was up a lot of times. Easing in this time so my body takes it better. Appreciate you Steve I did listen to one of your fasting podcasts on evolutionary yesterday

you might have energy issues but i promise once you work through that initial stage your energy will be much better
 
I do it a little differently I eat early in the day and my last meal is usually around 2 or 3 o'clock before I go to the gym
 
you can do it differently every day. It doesn't have to be every day eight hours or six hours

Well I live in a sober living right now so I have some AA meetings to hit but otherwise just sticking to the routine and enjoying the extra sleep I can't get during the week. That's been kind of a hinderance to growth I feel like because I can only get 5 hours of sleep 5 nights of the week but it is what it is. Will try and post some updates tonight. Appreciate all the support brothers, seriously.

I lost 40 lbs and gained back 10 or so in muscle in the 4 months before this log - doing 4 hour IF for only about 3 or 4 weeks of it really did a lot. You have a log here?
 
Cut day 4 log 16/8 IF:

dennys going to give a high estimate of 900-1000 cal 60 grams protein
11am 2 cups chicken 460 cal 80g protein
330pm 1 can tuna 24g protein 100 cal
4pm 1 cup whole milk 1 scoop muscle milk 290 cal 24 grams protein
6PM quick shoulder workout (ran out of time at gym yesterday so hit these at home)
7pm1 can tuna 24 grams protein 100 cal
2100 calorie total
212 grams protein

Morning weight 212.8

Fucked up a bit with my first eat of the day as I didn't realize I was almost out of chicken and one of my roommates sent me to work with dennys (breakfast restaurant for those not in the US)... oops. Tomorrow is payday so will be getting more chicken and tuna and some other good proteins. Here's a quick photo update as requested. Not noticing too much difference yet other than obviously less bloated during fasting. Pretty good on energy so far hoping that easing myself into less hours of eating makes IF easier this time. Appreciate you guys greatly.
