I am only 25 years old but have had to deal with heartburn and indigestion for several years. I had a doctor stick a camera down my throat to check my gut and he came back and said that I needed to get healthier so to cut out the soda and fast food. luckily i found the right info and started to do fasting and now my heart burn is completely gone, have not had it in a year. can anyone explain the science as to why this happened? cause i used to get it literally everyday
