Down to 450 test c and 150mg primo l, both pinned mwf.
Cialis 5mg eod
Cals 3500+
Protein 250g
Sugar < 100g
Carbs limitless. I walk 7+ miles M-F, weight train 4 to 5 days a week, and I'm trying to bulk so I have no hate for the carbs atm.
I do have 1 cheat meal EoD or if I haven't hit my cals yet. I know there are better ways, I'm working on it.
Gonna do measurements soon and see how my dimensions have changed soon.
