Thank you bro! I'm trying, my goal is 240lbs. I eat, I'm bulking and have 1 cheat meal a day to hit/exceed my macro goals. I'm super active and have regained my high metabolism. I had gotten obese at 1 point from medication/acholism. But after I got healthy again, gaining weight is a struggle.
 
To followup with the update.
4iu GH daily 1 AM 1PM and 2 before bed.
Down to 450 test c and 150mg primo l, both pinned mwf.
Cialis 5mg eod


Cals 3500+
Protein 250g
Sugar < 100g
Carbs limitless. I walk 7+ miles M-F, weight train 4 to 5 days a week, and I'm trying to bulk so I have no hate for the carbs atm.
I do have 1 cheat meal EoD or if I haven't hit my cals yet. I know there are better ways, I'm working on it.


Gonna do measurements soon and see how my dimensions have changed soon.

had a rough week.
Definitely down some weight.
But I got to go and volenteer for a few days in NC to help out where I could. Now I'm at a wedding as the best man halfway across the country. Cramming in all the calories possible. Tomorrow will be my first day in a week, so going with chest and tris. Im excited for the wedding and the gym🤣

6'3" 203lbs
Haven't been gaining much but my shape/strength is still improving!

Still running PPL.
But considering changing it up.
My legs are lacking and i dont want to get anymore out of proportion. So im gonna tinker with a few things but have legs 3x a wk. 1 quad + X, one Ham + X and then 1 whole leg day.

Cruise
Test c 375mg p/wk
Primo for e2 367.5mg p/wk
4 iu gh nightly
