Guys all of shit I do I really focus on a hard hit and a slow controlled release. I always make sure I am curling my wrist in w everything I do and focus on the hold at the end of every pull. Tomorrow will be a solid 3+ mile jog and a lot of isolated arm wresting drills along with core work.
My diet is easy guys fucking meat, eggs, and rice. Chicken, beef, lamb, fish that's the truth. Usually 6 eggs a day and rice when it sounds nice never forgetting hot sauce.
For everyone's information the anavar is for my wife I am thinking about adding something to my cycle though. Right now I'm taking 40 dbol a day and an injection of sus350 every 5 days(4 days off inject on the 5th) any thoughts. Should I just add one more dbol a day or add a different substance? Just want to hear all of you guys thoughts lmk. Hope your all doing good and crushing life. Anyone here from Illinois? Would be dope AF to meet up w one of and fuck the gym up together.
