3x20 lunges with 2 45lb kettlebells

Leg press machine started w 2 45's on each side worked up to 5 on each side then back down 10x each set

Leg extension machine 50lbs 10x, 60lbs 10x, 70lbs 10x

Box jumps 3x10

Core on decline bench 3x20
Leg lifts core 3x10
Planks

Sauna for 20 minutes stretching

Giving my arms plenty of rest before the weekend going to be pulling quite a few matches on Sunday.
 
Fux boys been busy AF. Great day yesterday got a lot of good matches in and felt pretty darn strong. Lot of yard work today gym session later on. I'll really be starting more heavy lifting probably 1 set out of every 3 that I do will be at a heavier weight. Time to make strength gains for sure. Hope all you meat heads had a great fucking weekend. Keep crushing it and enjoy life my dudes. I'll post my workout later on.

Bench press

Single arm dumb-bell rows

Pull-ups
Close grip 10x
Wide grip 10x

Focused on going extremely slow on the way down

Dips

Pronation
50lbs 10x3

Riser
Got up to 50lbs both arms held it for 5 seconds each hold. Did 5 each arm

Planks and sit-ups until I could do anymore

2 mile jog

Then sauna and steam-room
