End of week 3 update.
So far so good. No sides, nice workouts and very good recovery. Knee is feeling great.
I managed to perform after a pyramid progression 3x10 with 240kg on the leg press. Total sets 8.
Leg curls where a issue for a long time do to knee surgery now i can complete 4x15 with 65kg.
Bulgarians 4x12 with no weight to 15kg per side.
The issue of course is the left leg and the left knee. No pain now and great pump.
Leg extension gone up pyramid to a final x8 with 70kg
No issues what so ever with stairs both climbing and descending.
I managed to regain confidence to enter the car drivers seat with one leg, which involve a rotation and a flex on the left knee
. You might laugh at this one, but till now it was butt first then legs. Its a great milestone. All rotation movements on the knee where a psycological and slight pain block.
Barebell shoulder press has gone up to also pyramid to a final x5 with 70kg on the smith machine.
Dumbell shoulder press to a final x8 with 30kg dumbells.
