Approved Log My First Testosterone Anavar N2Guard cutting cycle Log

I finally hit a weight and level of leanness that I’m satisfied with thank you all so much for guiding me these past four months of my life.

Moving forward I’d like to start reverse dieting the next 12 weeks slowing easing up to my new maintenance of 3400 calories. Along the way I should lean out a little bit more.

After reaching the 3400 maintenance I’d like to start a recomp cycle using 150mg tren ace a week and be a in 200 calorie surplus brining it to 3600 calories.

Could you tell me what my macros should be to start the reverse diet and how to structure the training I’d liked to ultimately end up in 6-8 rep range to build up my frame for the next couple for months. I believe some areas to grow would be quads/ hamstrings along with core so I hope to train those with an full body/ lower split




Fasted 22hrs ate from 5:30-7am



Preworlout meal 3tbsp almond butter 2 rice cakes and 10g honey

Post workout meal 14oz ground beef and liver heart blend with 100g lettuce and 4 eggs

Cardio: 90 min walking -about 12k steps non fasted

Training :

192.5 pounds 25 reps



Chest supported row focused on stretch and squeeze

207.5 pounds 25 reps



Incline tbar

2 plates and 2.5 pounds 25 reps





Shrugs

i thought the goal was to get you down in bodyfat a lot more
right now you're 184 but thats at least -10lbs of water due to ketosis
as soon as you start eating carbs you'll gan 5-7lbs of water and bloat
why all of a sudden the change? clarify please

right now you're 184 but thats at least -10lbs of water due to ketosis
as soon as you start eating carbs you'll gan 5-7lbs of water and bloat

oh I had thought that I didn’t hold onto that much water since I was at 70g instead of high carb. I thought I was losing a good portion of fat when I saw the scale changing. Leading to me seeing that In the mirror an over all drier physique.

i thought I had gotten down to my range of 12% since that’s where I would like to start my recomp. Weight wise would I have to lose another 5-10 pounds to get there ?

no you havent yet, you need at least 4 weeks more on this to get down bro
remember right off the bat about +5-7lbs of water will come back so we need you to lean out more

Ok thanks for explaining the situation bro and from your response on yesterday about cutting calories by 2-500 on rest days, should I cut protein or fat intake down after zeroing carbs
