Thursday 7/11/2024 & Friday 8/11/2024
Hey guys!
Reporting back from the last couple of days.
Thursday I hit arms super hard but went softer on shoulders since my left delt still wasn’t quite right after Sundays pin but it’s all good now so this weekend I’ll definitely hit shoulders for sure and get them back pumped and full.
Still continuing eating 100% clean and staying hydrated and I can definitely see the progress in the mirror which is super encouraging.
A big mark of progress for me is lateral raises for sure. Pre-PEDs I would always have to push hard to do 7.5kg and when I was doing it on Thursday as I was going easy on shoulders it honestly felt weightless haha. I could do those forever!
Tomorrow I’m gonna have a big session to bring the shoulders back up, as well as hitting chest and back to complete a full weeks worth of training for the whole body (except legs lol).
With that being said, I’m going for a 20km hike on Sunday so that should grow the calves a lot.
