Hey guys, checking in again tonight after a big BJJ session this morning and I am knackered! Likely taking the weekend off to get ready to go hard again Monday morning.

They day kind of got away from me so I didn’t get an after class pic but I did get a friend of mine to take a picture of my back as it’s awkward to get the angle right when you do it yourself and I’ve been really working hard on back the last few months (especially since I introduced tren).

See a pic below - I’m really happy with the progress!

Hope everyone has a sick weekend and looking forward to ripping in again next week.

don't be shy about putting up pictures
nobody's gonna give you a hard time will give you a good number
 
knowing where your body fat is is very important
this way you can set a goal to get even leaner
 
man the food looks really good
