Hey guys,

Checking in for the first time this week. Smashed out my usual upper body session, and will be destroying legs tomorrow.

Today was pretty standard as far as reps, sets and weights go, but if there was one key progression being made I would say it would be the rear delt fly.

I’m able to get a few reps of 80kg with proper form and those really burn the shoulders which is gonna help me get that 3D boulder shoulder look!

Weighed in fasted this morning at 109.3kg (240lbs) so still a bit a way from the goal of 260lbs but I’m confident can get there within the next 6 months or so (whilst being under 15%BF). Bringing my legs up will definitely help increase my size so that’s something to look forward to.

Hey brother

I found my rear delts start to really develop heaps with isolated cable flys.

Using a lower weight 5kg to 7.5g high rep 15plus I do a 45 deg upward across body movement no handle just hold the cable

Do same with side lateral raises similar 5 to 7.5kg weights high rep 15 plus

I added these to end of most of my weekly workouts try get 3 sets in every workout has made massive difference

Hey guys, checking in this evening.

My weight is pretty much unchanged since the last log, however I have had some improvements since as I repped out 55kg on tricep push downs today easier than I ever have. Also took 100mg anadrol preworkout which may have helped with that.

Mainly focused on shoulders and back today and I will definitely be sure to get a decent back pic asap as it’s hard to take them myself so I have to get someone else to take it for me. The shoulders are still my best body part and have been growing pretty consistently. Lateral raising 12.5kgs for an easy 10+ reps now and my rear delt fly seems to get better each week. No point in going for a 1RM as the risk of injury simply isn’t worth it but I really think I might have a 90kg RDF in me now.

I must say it’s a prettt tough balance though when it comes to my diet as despite my food all being clean, I do eat quite a lot which is great for growth but I do also want the abs to come through so it’s proving to be difficult to find the balance between cutting back calories but still eating enough to maximise growth. Maybe if some of you have been through something similar you can share your perspective. Tomorrow I’ll be doing some BJJ so next weight session will be Friday which will be the next log for the week.

Hey guys, checking in for the 3rd time this week and HOLY SHIT what a fucking workout I had today.

Honestly felt the strongest and biggest ever, repped the absolute shit out of the 12.5s in lateral raises, pushed down 60kgs and whilst many of my other lifts were similar, I left the gym feeling like an absolute monster and not to mention the back pumps after last pulldowns were something else.

As you can imagine, I brought in 100mg anadrol pre workout and it did not disappoint. Weight also climbed slightly so now I’m sitting at just over 110kg which is about 245lbs I believe. Keep in mind I want to be 260 lean by my vacation in April and I think I may be on track for that.

I can’t quite remember the specific weights I did for my polar pulldowns and other back movements today but they were definitely much higher and it’s just the extra reassurance I need going into my 2 days off ( weekend ) that I’m getting bigger and stronger.
