Hey guys,
Checking in for the first time this week. Smashed out my usual upper body session, and will be destroying legs tomorrow.
Today was pretty standard as far as reps, sets and weights go, but if there was one key progression being made I would say it would be the rear delt fly.
I’m able to get a few reps of 80kg with proper form and those really burn the shoulders which is gonna help me get that 3D boulder shoulder look!
Weighed in fasted this morning at 109.3kg (240lbs) so still a bit a way from the goal of 260lbs but I’m confident can get there within the next 6 months or so (whilst being under 15%BF). Bringing my legs up will definitely help increase my size so that’s something to look forward to.
