Monday 4/11/2024 & Tuesday 5/11/2024
Combining these as I didn’t train today and yesterday was a lighter session.
I pinned my left delt on Sunday afternoon thinking it would be fully recovered by Monday but it wasn’t quite there and it’s still not at 100% so couldn’t do the usual arm and shoulder blaster workout I would have liked.
I hit some upper chest and did some light bicep curls/tricep push downs just to get a quick pump and stimulate the muscles a bit as I don’t like taking too many days off completely.
I’m hoping I’ll be back in action as per normal tomorrow morning with 2 working delts so I can annihilate the arms and bring the guns here to you guys lol.
Next update should be an awesome one as I’ll be coming off a well rested few days as I’ve been off waiting for the felt to recover. Gonna destroy arms shoulders and back!
