Will do guys! So I’m upping my Test C to 300 mgs 3X a week. 100mgs each pin. Am I supposed to take my anastrozole the same day I pin? Or 24 hours after? Also will be posting my workout for tomorrow. It will be shoulders and back to start the week off. Had eggs and potato’s for breakfast today along with my boost shake. Then for lunch just had 2 breast’s of grilled chicken, and white rice with some zucchini. Happy SUNDAY FUNDAY bros!

3 sets of 10 dips

4 sets of 10 kickbacks 10lbs

4 sets of 10 rope pushdowns 30lbs

3 sets standing overhead dumbbell extensions 20lbs

3 sets of 20 hanging leg raises

2 sets of 30 laying leg raises

Breakfast was 3 eggs, grits, 2 potato’s, boost shake, 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter, and strawberries and blueberries mixed with a SPRINKLE of sugar. Now I’m working on my college work before work at 130. Going for cybersecurity Bachelors. Gotta lot going on but still tryna get bulked up before I try and rip it up! Have a great day guys! @Boomboombaran workout is on point so far, how about cardio?

Diet, 2 potatoes why? and why the toast? lets replace those bad carbs with oatmeal 1 cup can you do that?
Also strawberries replaces with raspberries, and NO sugar! add light stevia if you want.

Bulking should be more clean carbs like oatmeal yams sweet potatoes and wont mess up your insulin sensitivity.
 
ALSO just got my HCG in yesterday so .25mls of that yesterday and then I’m thinking another .25mls on Thursday or Friday?? Unsure and any help would be appreciated. It’s 6000iu if that helps. 100mgs of test C on Sunday then again today and another pin Thursday.
@Boomboombaran why do you need HCG? it will increase estrogen for no reason and wont make you much more fertile because you on self TRT. Save HCG for later or just use 500IUs per week max.
 
the only thing hcg will do for you if you are on trt is plump your nuts up a bit and maybe some sexual benefits that come and go
