Approved Log Nicks Workout Log

Another question. I typically try to workout 5 times a week. Shoulders and back, biceps, triceps, chest, then legs. Abs are usually 3 times a week. Does this seem like the way to go! Or should I move it to 3 days a week and group some muscles together?
@Boomboombaran its the way to go but you need to do more cardio.
3 days per week no need.
I'd like to see you share more training details.

MORNING GUYS!

Tricep workout yesterday was as follows:

3 sets of 10 tricep pushdowns 25lb, 40lb, 60lb
3 sets of 10 overhead extensions 25lb, 40lb, 60lb
3 sets of 10 bodyweight dips
2 sets of 10 kickbacks
3/4 mile run at about 60%

All in all feeling great! My neighbor has been watching me run and he is all in for getting on the train. Hope he sticks with it with me as living a life over 350lbs isn't really living...

abs are one of the few muscles you can train every day if you want to
other muscles like shoulders should never be trained more than once a week at least directly

@Boomboombaran I think its the way to go, is it working for you? I mean 5 days is hot but cardio is a must for you.

MORNING GUYS!

Tricep workout yesterday was as follows:

good to see you updating, 3/4 mile run is perfect but drop that to a 50% and full 1mile run thats better

and your neighbor 350lbs thats horrible try to help the guy

Are you progressing right now? If so leave as is
