Question about your abs

So to the fellas who knew what their abs looked like before cycle. Did your abs get bigger by any chance? Or did they look the same just more cut after cycle? Like have they ever changed shape or got longer or wider? I'm just wondering because my abs were always boxy looking. Like real narrow and smaller looking. I'm hoping that they may be able to grow or maybe already have under that fat since I've got older. Just thought it was worth asking though

your abs can get bigger like any muscles
for sure bro but you gotta work on them lightly with core not just crunches

but BEST way to get abs = CARDIO and low carbs lol

abs are not like other muscles. they can be trained daily. its not a situation where they will grow like your biceps or pecs will for example

Ahh ok i have been doing cardio and squats seem to work them out for the time being
