04.28.23 I weighed in at 233.9 pounds at 21.2%bf, muscle mass was 107.4 pounds and fat was 49.4 pounds.
06.10.23 I weighed in at 226.9 pounds at 20.8%bf, muscle mass was 104.5 pounds and fat was 47.4 pounds.
All in all I've lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks, 3 of which was muscle and 2 was fat. I would think it's near impossible to drop weight without losing muscle mass?

0900 - 2 Biscuits, 4 eggs, 3 slices bacon, 1/4c shredded cheddar. 75mg test cyp.

1015 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water
1100-1200 - jiujitsu

1400 - 4oz grilled NY strip, 4 oz grilled chicken, 2c grilled peppers, onions mushrooms and tomatoes. 1.5c roasted red and sweet potatoes.
1700 - metrx big 100 cookies and cream bar
2100 - 2c quinoa, 2- 4oz jalapeno cheddar sausages from my local butcher topped w 1/4c cojita cheese. 8oz soft serve layered with fresh Bananas and local farm strawberries. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G.
