0530 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 3 N2G caps. 1c blueberries w 2c vanilla greek yogurt and 2/3c granola

0930 - 1 breakfast sandwich, (from home, 1 biscuit, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 slice cheese) 1c cottage cheese mixed w 1c blueberries and peaches. 1 banana

1230 - 6oz chicken w 1 avocado and mixed greens, tomatoes, bell pepper, blue chese, jalapenos, mushrooms dressed with balsamic and olive oil. 10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G

1530 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 tangerines and 1 apple.

1630 - 10mg SR-9009

1900 - 1.5c roasted Yukon gold potatoes, 14 grilled chicken wings

i think i mentioned it before but have you considered following a more time restricted diet? as it stands you are in a 12/12 eating window. i would love to see you eat only in a 4-6 hour window. much better for digestion and insulin sensitivity and more
 
Body scan done and numbers are heading in the right direction.

04.28.23 I weighed in at 233.9 pounds at 21.2%bf, muscle mass was 107.4 pounds and fat was 49.4 pounds.

06.10.23 I weighed in at 226.9 pounds at 20.8%bf, muscle mass was 104.5 pounds and fat was 47.4 pounds.

All in all I've lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks, 3 of which was muscle and 2 was fat. I would think it's near impossible to drop weight without losing muscle mass?

1100-1200 - jiujitsu

1230 -10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G

1400 - 4oz grilled NY strip, 4 oz grilled chicken, 2c grilled peppers, onions mushrooms and tomatoes. 1.5c roasted red and sweet potatoes.

1700 - metrx big 100 cookies and cream bar

2100 - 2c quinoa, 2- 4oz jalapeno cheddar sausages from my local butcher topped w 1/4c cojita cheese. 8oz soft serve layered with fresh Bananas and local farm strawberries. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 10mg SR-9009, 2 caps N2G.

@SteveSmi I dont understand. Do you mean eating every 4 to 6 hours? Or intermittent fasting where I pick a time window to eat in? What is a 12/12?
