Lift went well. I seem to be jumping 10lbs-15lbs on bench every week. NO SHOULDER PAIN!
Weight is now 186lb. Im starting to really feel lean first thing in the morning
Also going to inject in thighs this week to give the glutes a break. Left cheek is a little sore. I was in a damn hurry on Wed and moved it a bit while it was injected. Damn left hand and awkward position lol. Going to keep moving through the day but nothing crazy on the cardio.
