Last night I passed on the cardio. Got home from work and found the freezer went out. I had to run out and grab another. Just packed $500 of meat in it last weekend so had no choice lol. Anyways I did weighted crunches. 60 on the right side, 60 on the left, and 100 regular. Added 60 leg lifts after and 30 minutes of cardio. Muscles feeling rested and ready for a kick ass chest day tomorrow. Ill update photos tomorrow.
Below is one of the meals at work today. 4oz of chicken, 4 oz of shrimp, and .5 cup of quinoa. Dinner tonight was 9oz top sirloin and half a sweet potato...no pic I ate it too fast!
