TRT giving me breakouts

I am starting to get really bad breakouts on my upper back and face ever since my doctor put me on TRT. I asked him about it and he laughed and said it would go away and to just be patient
he has me using 160mg a week along with adex.
Any tips you can give me on how to get rid of it?

160mgs is not a lot for TRT. Add some high vitamin A and do anti acne soap wash.

anytime you have hormonal changes going on this can happen, especially if you are prone to acne... your doctor laughed at you? then you need to find a new doctor

I would possibly lower your dose but it is not high right now so that likely may not help. It could pass as well but it is hard to say right now. I would look into a different doctor is he truly was as disrespectful as you made it seem

It happens to some more than others, take vitamin A and keep washing as much as possible

It will take time to dial in your proper test dose for TRT. While you are doing that, hormones are still going to be fluctuating as you adjust. Once you find the right dose and things level out for a while it should get better. Make sure to be scrubbing and tanning if you can.

Sun tanning and dipping int he pool. UV rays and chlorine are a good combination.
