what are the differences between taking CBD oil that I am buying online and smokin actual pot?
my main concern is appetite changes, sleep improvement, and general calmness.
I have been smoking pot for a couple years now and it has helped with all of this. but I would like to stop taking it because it's an expensive and dirty habit. would like to switch over to CBD oil instead.

CBD doesnt make you high so big difference
 
cbd much better than pot
