Hey sorry guys for prompt stop on the post. Had no access to a phone for a bit. But i have not stopped lifting. Been doing 5x days a week lift. Increased 15min running instead jogs (about 2 miles in 15min)
Foods that im eating
Breakfast: 4 Boiled eggs with some mayo or 2 cans of tuna with some onion and mayo
Lunch: Chicken and rice, or occasionally switch it with steak
Dinner: same as lunch
Snacks: Protein shakes,protein cookies.
Water: 1 to 1.5 gal a day
Gaining some good mass on my arms and chest, belly almost fully gone. Abs coming in nicely. Will continue with the updates thanks for staying on top of this thread!
