Approved Log Dieting and lifting LOG

Yesterday lift log:
----legs---

15min jog

10min stretch



Squat rack squats

(4sets)135lbs x 15



Squat Rack lunges

(4sets) 75lbs x 10



Seated leg curl machine

(4sets) 80lbs x 20



Seated machine calf press

(4sets) 210lbs x 25




Starting to build some muscle overall on the whole body. Belly going away and abs starting to show. Good progress so far, slowly increasing weights and trying to retain same reps.

have you considered upping the cardio?
 
I actually did up it by 5min so far and straight jog i stead of walk/jog . Increasing it as i feel i can do more. Doing total of 15 min of jogging
I think you should split your cardio Am/PM. Get 15min empty stomach Am and 15mgs pm.
 
So right now im only lifting in afternoon after work. But i am considering to do a morning lift and an afternoon. Will update if i come to that conclusion. Thanks for the support and suggestions
Yup you should do 2 lifts and 2 cardio sessions too, increase the volume this is the time.
 
Hey sorry guys for prompt stop on the post. Had no access to a phone for a bit. But i have not stopped lifting. Been doing 5x days a week lift. Increased 15min running instead jogs (about 2 miles in 15min)

Foods that im eating
Breakfast: 4 Boiled eggs with some mayo or 2 cans of tuna with some onion and mayo
Lunch: Chicken and rice, or occasionally switch it with steak
Dinner: same as lunch
Snacks: Protein shakes,protein cookies.

Water: 1 to 1.5 gal a day

Gaining some good mass on my arms and chest, belly almost fully gone. Abs coming in nicely. Will continue with the updates thanks for staying on top of this thread!
 
Also question about some gear;
If i was to do Dbol or Test alone as a cycle, for muscles gains mainly. Which one should i do? or do both as a stack? Also there's plenty of test choices which one is the best? How would a cycle of each or both look like with PCT. (just gathering info not plan on taking anything yet) Maybe some one could break down a good cycle with a whole pct and when to start taking it. Thanks fellas!

I suggest testosterone only cycle to start off.

500mgs testosterone enanthate/week
5mgs aromasin/ed
7caps n2guard/ed

PCT
nolvadex
clomid
hcgenerate

Fairly simple stack.
 
did you cycle before? if so then testosterone if not maybe try orals
