Approved Log My first ever Ostarine + Test Cyp cycle Log

Week 5 update

Weight update 109kg. pre cycle was 106.
Starting to feel everything tight 😅🫣 Jackets on soulders and arms. Cant roll my sleaves anymore up on some shirts, pec on most shirts😂 Pants at quad harmstring and calves level.
Waist has not increased.

New PR’s on all the spectrum. Knee is doing great.
Although its interesting to see how, I’ve regained both mass and strenght on the leg which allowed me now to reach 310kg on the leg press, and 100kg on the squats and so on, but has been poorly performing during plyometrics. Specially single leg exercises. There has been an optimal response on closed and open chain exercises, but now introducing plyometrics has opened a whole new chapter. What I’m missing now on the left leg is that fast explosive contraction, hardness, nervous reaction of the muscle. It will come its a matter of time. I think that maybe here Anavar could have given a boost on this chapter. Its just a thought. Not going to indroduce anything else to the mix. But science wise it would have been interesting.

No sides detected, no acne, no balls or nipple pain, no water retention, no hair thinning or loosing hair.

Body feels a bit fatigued now training around 5/6 days a week its a sort of cumulative fatigue forcing my self even after a 12 hour work shift to hit the fucking gym. I’ve thrown in some extra well deserved extra days off i was worried about getting over trained since i was feeling fatigued on some joints. I’m moving around weights that honestly I was never even thinking capable of moving, but I’m wise and wanna prevent injuries so will take extra care on this point. Wanna reach week 12 injury free I already have a f***ing knee to take care of 😂

Planning for a bloodwork at end of week 6.
Can you guys give me a list of exams to do?

I’ve done pre-bloodwork but that included a whole bunch of exams which I dont know if they are necessary now to see how things are going. So if you guys could write me a list of essential exams to do mid-cycle to see if everything is good.

Breakfast:

Romanian Deadlift 2min pause

Leg curls seated 1min pause

Calf rises
4 sets of
1x20 standing two legs + 1x10 single leg no pause in between

4 sets of standing two legs slow eccentric pause 2sec and explosive up pause 2 sec x20

4 sets x 10
Single leg bent knee in isometric hold 30* on step and calf rise

Finish. This was yesterdays. Its always different, next time maybe squat, and more glutes, or more isolation, or more compound exercises.

Today I have chest and back.
