Question about TRT and steroids

I (F, 32y/o) use TRT pellets and I have recently started a Primo cycle about 1.5 weeks ago. Starting with 5 mg oral tablets and will slowly increase to 10mg. I ordered anavar and waiting for it to arrive but I plan to use both for about 8-10 weeks. My question is, I am scheduled to get a new pellet soon; should I tell the clinic that I am taking steroids? Should I be asking them to give me a certain dosage? Last time I got my pellet, my testosterone rose to about 130. Or do I keep the steroid use a secret? I have heard stories about people needing enough testosterone when taking steroids. Thanks
