I would like to up my fats more but using fish oil
Also milk thistle i know is good as I diuretic so it's good for your heart and also it's good for your liver as well as a good cleanser
what kind of dosing is necessary to get the benefits though. should I be using both of these everyday or should I be using them a few times a week only?
