Stacking fish oil and milk thistle

I’m currently doing a diet with 225 protein, 300 carbs and 50 fats
I would like to up my fats more but using fish oil
Also milk thistle i know is good as I diuretic so it's good for your heart and also it's good for your liver as well as a good cleanser
what kind of dosing is necessary to get the benefits though. should I be using both of these everyday or should I be using them a few times a week only?

I take n2guard has some omegas and milk thistle in it already
 
i rather use n2guard and fish oil

n2guard is the best thing and has all those ingredients
