I can't judge because I did my first cycle at 20 years old to compete athletically at the college level, but if SARMS were available then, I would not have used gear. As a result I screwed up my shoulders something fierce. Dylan mentioned long term issues and they include cardiac issues and joint issues, which may result in daily limiting pain later in life.
