Approved Log Testosterone Trenbolone Equipoise Napsgear Puritysourcelabs Log

Last night I passed on the cardio. Got home from work and found the freezer went out. I had to run out and grab another. Just packed $500 of meat in it last weekend so had no choice lol. Anyways I did weighted crunches. 60 on the right side, 60 on the left, and 100 regular. Added 60 leg lifts after and 30 minutes of cardio. Muscles feeling rested and ready for a kick ass chest day tomorrow. Ill update photos tomorrow.
Below is one of the meals at work today. 4oz of chicken, 4 oz of shrimp, and .5 cup of quinoa. Dinner tonight was 9oz top sirloin and half a sweet potato...no pic I ate it too fast!

I'll try to provide a detailed workout as much as possible. The logging during the lift definitely slowed down the heart rate and as you see from my photo today I need that heart rate up to burn that bullshit I packed on the end of last year!

Breakfast was shake and 5oz of steak and 4oz of sweet potato from last night. Post meal was shake, 3 eggs, .5 cup quinoa, and 5oz of chicken. 1 tbsp of salsa

Lift went well. I seem to be jumping 10lbs-15lbs on bench every week. NO SHOULDER PAIN!
Weight is now 186lb. Im starting to really feel lean first thing in the morning

Also going to inject in thighs this week to give the glutes a break. Left cheek is a little sore. I was in a damn hurry on Wed and moved it a bit while it was injected. Damn left hand and awkward position lol. Going to keep moving through the day but nothing crazy on the cardio.

Did the injection this evening in the thigh and strange I got the tren cough plus an odd feeling in my face. It was like a tingle burning feeling (only on the left side). This occurred when 3/4 of the injection was complete. The feeling went away within minutes after injection was complete. I haven't had any reaction to these injections going in the glutes at all. Not even tren cough. Strange..
