I'm looking for your advice when it comes to adding creatine to protein powder. What would be a good dosage to do? I'm currently doing 2 scoops of protein powder every morning with my shake post-workout. Do you think I should add 2.5 g of creatine or is that too low?
Bros, back in the day I used to use a lot of creatine because it's cheap. When I was a teenager I used to go to the vitamin shop and buy it. I like it; always did good results on it.
