pure creatine options

does anyone use creatine that is pure and unflavored and how was your results doing that vs. Using powdered and sweetened creatine. Curious if it effected your energy during the gym to get in extra sweeteners or gave you more strength or if the plain creatine was just as good and that was a placebo effect.


I've not used a sweetened product like that for years. I'm not a kid for a start.
