cardio timing females


I just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and my doctor said it is okay for me to transition back to cardio again once my body heals in a few weeks. my question is for someone who is trying to lose those extra pounds is there a smart strategy when it comes to cardio timing during the day considering I got a baby to take care of?


i see people pushing their baby carriages when they jog, seems to be a good way to kill 2 birds with 1 stone
Congrats on your baby! The strategy for you is the one that fits your schedule. You will just have to be flexible. Sometimes it will be AM and others it will be PM.
