So i have a group workout scheduled for tomorrow and i am not feeling well
Last night i went to bed and my sinuses went crazy. My ears started to hurt, i was sneezing and had a runny nose
I think i am coming down with something
Now my question is i have never missed a group workout and we made a pact to always support each other and not let each other down
Do you think i should take tomorrow off or do you think i should just go for it and still workout.
