Approved Log My first ever Ostarine + Test Cyp cycle Log

Week 7 Update:
Weight stable at 111kg week 5 was at 109.
Stopped Ostarine as planned at week 6.
Really not noticing any sides. No acne, no noticible water retention, libido and sex are good. Sleep is good. No mood swings. Waist size has not increased. Clothes feel tighter on shoulder/traps, back, arms, legs, and…my butt 😂

I did notice a little more tendency for muscles to cramp. Specially in my upper back i dealt with traps muscle contraction for a week. Now gone. Stretching is already part of the workout at the end.
Changed training config back to chest/triceps, back biceps, legs, shoulder arms.

Day of back/chest was heavy as fuck and if I started with chest that was obtaining the most out of it, and stamina was halfed for a full back workout, the same if reversed. It was a 2 hrs workout way too much volume imho.

I’m dealing with a left biceps tendon inflammation, nothing terrible still going hard on workouts. But its there.

I guess I’m right at that point that i’ve read endless articles about it that at one point in the cycle you start having some joints/tendons issues? Possibly for the heavy training and tendons not adapting and recovering fast enough?

Knee is doing…good. Im doing 10 minutes cardio at beginning of workout. Then 10 at the end to get the legs back warmed up. Then pliometrics for the knee its about 30 min jumping around my fucking ass off with different exercise. Heart rate is up all the time. I guess i can consider this cardio of some sort or hiit? The knee is good…from a previous “great” rating because plio are a whole new chapter. And the knee is responding by inflammation, recover and adaptation. This is totally normal. I do plio also after leg day and its fucking destroying my legs. In a good way.

Posting a few pics for update. Not really know if aestetically at week 7 i should have reached a different goal like a “transformation in process” but I’m understanding also that my start point was way lower than what I thought or that my ego was thining. I’m starting to think also that i’m an avarage responder to Test? Maybe on the low side…

Mid week 8 update

I think I notice some water retention like my face is a bit bigger 😅 got a comment about it, and its the only negative one I got but nothing to worry about it was just a consideration.
I think I have lost some stamina from when I dropped Ostarine. Days are heavier, I wake up in the morning with bear on my back how we say. 😅 I’m muscle sore almost every time so its also heavier to find the mana to go to the gym. But music and preworkout and good old caffeine is always there to help. The workout itself is amazing.
Hitting new Pr’s.
But I think that the recovery post workout is slower???
I finally gone over the 100kg on the squat and reached 120kg god bless my knee.
I’m hitting 36kg dumbells on the incline bench press.
Romanian deadlift 100kg
85kg on the isolated row
And so on.

The inflammation to the bicep tendon is still there and its limiting me a bit. But cant do much about it if i keep training. So I’ll have to deal with it.

I’m fighting through a cold now, but still managed to go to the gym. Hit the squat pr that day. 😂
I took 2 days off my body just couldn’t handle it.

Btw since I came off Ostarine I think i lost some hardness, some volume, shirts feel a bit less tight now and in the mirror i look less “shredded” which is a big word for me since I dont have the bodyfat for that but you know what I mean. I saw a bit more muscle definition, a bit more veins…etc and the stamina is worse now.

But no side effects, no nipple/balls issues, sleep, acne, sex, etc.

I must admit that doing a cycle is hard. I just hope I did’t waist it, from when I started I just couldn’t follow a 6 On 1 OFF schedule. On averege I would say I hit the gym 4 times a week, some times 6 some times 5 some times 4 but never less then 4.
I arrived sometimes at a point where I just felt exhausted and felt overtrained specially from
a joint point of view. I had to recover.

⚠️Today I did blood test. I should have done it by week 6 but this was the only occasion I had.
I’ll post the results as soon as I have them.
These are the tests I did:
