My first training program I self made

sxrvo.

Newbie
My name is Sullivan, I'm 22 years old and have been training with a PPL x Arnold Split that i've seemed to fall out of love with, and I went down the rabbit hole of watching Dr. Mike Israetel (as we all have), and I decided to try to make my own program. I've set it up so that I'm hitting everything 2x a week, between 10-20 sets (attached below), except for legs, as I feel that they are a strong point in my physique (not because I'm lazy and don't like to train them contrary to popular beliefs). I've also included exercises and set/rep ranges, and I use a notebook at the gym to track progressive overload. On a side note i'll probably eventually make another post correlating to nutrition, but I feel that's on point, and I'm just really looking to have some critiques in my training, maybe removing sets or adding as necessary. I've been doing it for 2 weeks already and its most enjoyable, however if there are gains on the table I'm always open to learning new things.

hey man i’m natural, i’m just trying to put on as much mass as possible, and reach my natural potential, i would consider gear and i’ve been researching it for a while but i know im
not at a point where it would be beneficial, i’ve been considering dropping exercises and adding more sets to my back day, cuz i feel like i’m hopping from machine to machine redundantly sometimes, but i was just looking for some critique/ insight on how to progress my training as best as possible i eventually want to compete in bodybuilding but i’d say that’s more of a long term
