weight training after a night out

Last night i went out and we watched the game with the boys and we had some shots and ciders along with a few beers. I hadn't drank much over the past 7 months but it was my buddies birthday so i did it. today i went to lift and all my lifts were down bigtime across the board and now i am worried i screwed up months of training in 1 night. will i be okay?
 
If you drank, I would take time off and rest at least 24 hours while taking n2guard, cleanse out your liver and rest.
 
you put a lot of toxins in your body and your body needs time to get it out, so that is why you are weak the next day.

Its from the dehydration bro. Youll be fine. Its completely temporary
 
you didnt screw up a months worth of training but you also didnt do yourself any favors... as you can see by how you did in the gym today... you shouldnt be in the gym today if you ad a night out like that... you should let your body rest and also detoxify... if anything, go to the sauna or steam room... when i used to party, i would always want to sweat it out the next day as much as possible, if was able to get out of bed early enough LOL but seriously, take a rest and dont make this a habit man... one day i just decided that part of my life was over and it was time to move forward... im not saying you cant have a drink here and there but the partying wont work if you have goals and also, its just not good for you to do that to yourself
