it's a simple meal and it's a good bodybuilder staple

You really need to dial in your diet
your body wants nutritious food it doesn't want bagels and cream cheese or fries
check some of the other logs especially the guys in Australia who are eating a much better diet than Americans are and are much healthier and much leaner than Americans for a reason
agree with this 1000%. America is lacking in the health department. Has been. When the government pushes boosters and vaxes instead of healthy habits, Therein lies the problem
 
Also… there are days where I just can’t eat like I want to. Probably due to a med that I’m on. What supplements do yall recommend to ensure I’m getting everything? I have protein powder to help get my protein intake. Someone said N2Guard I believe too. I take a multi vitamin as well. 1adays.

Morning guys! Hope everyone has a great day! Yesterday I dosed my Test and skipped the HCG for now.

Breakfast - 2 cups of Greek yogurt, one cup of protein oats, and 30g protein shake.
Lunch - Protein oat pancakes with bananas and peanut butter drizzle. (found recipe online and was actually good as hell)
Dinner - Shepherds Pie

Workout was biceps only.

4 sets of 15 25 standard curls
3 sets of 10 40lb standard curls
4 sets of 15 preacher curls 25lbs
3 sets of 10 40lb preacher curls
4 sets of 15 25lb hammer curls
3 sets of 10 40lb hammer curls
4 sets of 15 25lb cross-body curls
3 sets of 10 40lb cross-body curls
I did a half-mile jog as well on lunch break.

What is everyone's favorite variation of the curl? Gotta say it's the cross-body curl for me...
 
IM BACK! Had some shit happen and I got off track. No more!

15 mins pf jumping jacks
100 wide pushups
100 staggered pushups
100 standard pushups
4 sets of 15 30lb front shoulder raises

Had bagel with cream cheese for breakfast with 2 boost shakes and apple with a few tbsps of peanut butter

Lunch was 2 grilled chicken strips with sweet potato fries

Dinner is TBD. Really think I wanna get into meal prepping to make this shit easier tbh.

Attached is a new picture of where I’m at. Probably not the best lighting but best I got atm. Hope everyone is crushing it and I’m looking forward to getting back into this!

I’m on 250mg a week of test cyp split Monday and Thursday. A little piece of AI IF I feel I need it. Thinking of adding something that will help the process. I’m open to any suggestions guys. View attachment 7171
