vegan options for protein

Not really a complicated issue here, I am a vegan and I now want to up my protein intake. What are the best options to get in more protein. I do 40 minutes of cardio a day, along with 45 minutes of weight training. I love working out, it gives me a lot of confidence in the gym and out too.
