Approved Log 1st Block Pre-Cycle Log

Thanks y’all. Yeah I took the whole work week last week to catch up on sleep and getting my circadian rhythm back in check. Once I caught up on sleep I was feeling good to get after it this past Fri-Sun.

My meals and nutrition are slacking from the trip/being sick so I’m working on tightening that up again.

I’m gonna try and get my biometrics checked again this weekend coming up and compare to that initial screening I got months ago. It would be nice to get some numbers to look at and I’m going to have a day here soon where I check PR’s on my three main compound lifts and some cardio numbers just so I have mile markers to refer back to

@Bravo_Alpha you have a good balance but protein has to be over 200 grams
and has that changed above? diets should change up
