diluted gym training?

Newbie
So I have 3 gyms near me. They are all your cookie cutter franchise types. No flat bench, just smith machines. No squat racks, just having to use dumbbells to mimic squats or use machines. Do you think this type of diluted weight training is going to yield good results? Or should I commit to finding another gym?
 
I don't see anything wrong with a gym like this. It's better than buying your own stuff at home.
 
Set up a home gym. If you want, you can have a squat rack and some mats at home and you can do the heavier stuff.
 
I think a gym environment is extremely important. If you're not happy with the gym then switch to one and commit to making the drive,
