Like they don’t have a squat rack and they don’t have an area to do dead lifts and that sort of thing.
Also, when it comes to bench pressing, They don’t have a flat bench. They just have a Smith machine. And other machines.
How do I adjust to this type of training? It’s going to be another year till I’m allowed to drive again.
