I was wondering when it comes to doing sets and Reps what percentage of your training routine should you be pushing to failure on your reps?
I was talking to a buddy of mine and he says he trains every single set to failure, but an older guy that I was befriending at the gym said you shouldn’t do that because it can lead to injury what’s your view on this?
