supplementing protein on low calorie days

I had a question about supplementing in more protein on days where i keep my calorie count low. I am worried about losing muscle during this time so want to make sure I get enough protein. how many shakes do i need to be drinking on a day i only have 2 meals for example, do i just treat the shake like a 3rd and 4th meal?
 
you don't lose muscle by 'not getting enough calories/protein'

that isn't how this works. you are falling for the supplement scams from the 80's. that is what THEY want you to believe so you buy their fart shakes

you actually will gain LESS muscle on fart powders. yes you heart me on that. the reason? they stress your body too much. so your body has to work harder to digest them vs. working on growing muscle. yes it is true. the best thing you can do after a workout is rest and get a good nights sleep, THAT is how you grow
