dukan diet protocol

what do you guys think about the dukan diet which is a low carb diet which is based on high protein and very limited carb intake. the interesting thing reading about it though is that it comes in 4 phases so you go through it step by step because it prevents crashing your metabolism. Pierre Dukan came up with it in France.

It's a good diet but I would add a lot more fiber to it.

it is very similar to a paleo type diet except you are adjusting your food intake vs. just crashing calories.

I actually have read Pierre Dukan books and they've sold millions of copies. it is worth a read especially for those of you on here who don't read anything

i am just not a fan of any kind of low carb diet because its just too hard to do long term... i dont feel cutting carbs out long term is a safe diet both physically and mentally

Any diet will work if you stick with it. Start by eliminating processed foods as your main principle and work from there.
