Hey all,
I have been on a journey for years now to work on my fitness.
Started at 140kg and obese and now down to 81kg and lean.
Now that I have got to this level I want to start competing in men’s physique which has always been a dream.
I’ve never used any PED but want to try my first cycle.
Does anyone have any information what is the standard cycles and dosages ran by the top athletes in this category?
My goal physique would be 7-9% bodyfat at 76-79kg with defined 6 pack.
I’m also wondering if I should add any peptides.
Posting photos of my current physique below and where I started from and my diet plan.
My workouts are 3/4 times a week using Arnold split/high intensity.
I got a blood test done recently so please check out and let me know any advice.
